摘要
为实现在试验过程中对盾构机缩比主轴承的状态进行监测,收集试验数据,设计了一套基于LabVIEW的数据采集与分析系统。该系统可进行多种用户权限登录,方便用户管理,能够实现对温度数据和振动数据的实时采集、显示、保存与回调,还可对采集到的振动数据进行时域分析和频域分析,便于工作人员及早发现试验轴承的异常情况。系统在轴承试验台进行了试验验证,试验结果表明,该系统能够正常实现上述功能并成功发现试验轴承的早期异常情况,具有一定的工程应用价值。
In order to monitor the bearing status and collect test data during the test,a set of data acquisition and analysis system based on LabVIEW is designed.The system can carry out a variety of user rights login,convenient user management,can realize the temperature data and vibration data real-time acquisition,display,save and callback,but also the vibration data collected time domain analysis and frequency domain analysis,convenient for the staff to detect the abnormal situation of the test bearing early.Finally,the system is tested on the bearing test stand.The test results show that the system can realize the above functions normally,and successfully found the early abnormal condition of the test bearing,which has a certain engineering application value.
