摘要
专业学位研究生教育经过近30年的发展,具有学科种类丰富、招生规模庞大、职业属性明显、应用型专业为主、质量保障体系趋于规范等特征。但是也存在一些突出问题:高层次的应用型人才短缺、专业学位与职业资格的衔接不畅、校企合作动力不足、学生素养未达到高层次应用型人才的要求。针对上述问题,提出专业学位研究生教育应从培养规模与结构、职业资格衔接、校企合作平台搭建以及分类培养等方面着手进行改革。
After nearly 30 years of development,professional degree graduate education has begun to take shape.It has the characteristics of rich disciplines,large enrollment scale,obvious professional attributes,application-oriented majors,and standardized quality assurance system.However,there are also some outstanding problems in the current professional degree graduate education:the shortage of high-level applied talents,the poor connection between professional degrees and professional qualifications,the lack of school enterprise cooperation power,and the students’quality does not meet the requirements of high-level applied talents.In view of the above problems,it is proposed that the postgraduate education of professional degrees should be reformed from the aspects of training scale and structure,vocational qualification connection,school enterprise cooperation platform construction and classified training.
