摘要
传统混凝土因人力需求高、资源消耗高、环境负载高等弊端,有悖于当下的“绿色”理念。而新型3D打印技术具有高效性,环境友好性,能很好的适用当下的建造工程。但3D打印技术也存在的一些弊端,其对水泥基的泵送性、可挤出性、可建造性等要求很高,迫使我们须进一步研究3D打印材料。文章简要分析了3D打印水泥基材料的发展与应用,强调固废材料的回收利用,展望了机器学习应用于混凝土强度预测方面的便利性。
Traditional concrete is associated with high human demand,resource consumption,and environmental impact,which contradicts the current"Green"concept.On the other hand,the emerging technology of 3D printing offers efficiency and environmental friendliness,making it suitable for modern construction projects.However,certain limitations exist in 3D printing technology,necessitating further research on cement-based materials with improved pumping ability,extrudability,and constructability.This paper provides a brief analysis of the development and application of 3D printing cement-based materials,with an emphasis on the recycling of solid waste.
