低温环境下混凝土裂缝修复环氧胶粘剂的研究

摘要 用低黏度改性环氧树脂、活性稀释剂、低温固化剂及其他助剂为主要原材料,制备了一种在低温环境下(5℃)仍然可以保持低黏度特性的混凝土裂缝修复环氧胶粘剂,解决了裂缝修复胶在冬季低温情况下注胶难的问题。研究结果表明:该配方在5℃环境下黏度为150 mPa·s,适用期为90 min。在23℃环境下养护7 d后,压缩强度为65.5 MPa,拉伸强度为29.5 MPa,钢对干态混凝土正拉粘结强度为3.8 MPa,满足GB 50728-2011《工程结构加固材料安全性鉴定技术规范》对裂缝修复胶的技术要求。 This study presents the development of an epoxy adhesive for repairing concrete cracks.The adhesive is formulated using low viscosity modified epoxy resin,active diluent,low-temperature curing agent,and other additives as the main ingredients.The adhesive maintains a low viscosity even at low temperatures(5℃),addressing the challenge of difficult crack injection during winter repairs.The experimental results demonstrate that the viscosity of the formulated adhesive is 150 mPa·s at 5℃,with an applicable working time of 90 minutes.After curing at 23℃for 7 days,the adhesive exhibits a compressive strength of 65.5 MPa,a tensile strength of 29.5 MPa,and a bond strength of 3.8 MPa with concrete.These results meet the technical requirements of GB 50728-2011 for concrete crack repair adhesives.
