以CHATGPT为代表的大语言模型技术正推动全球元宇宙快速到来,元宇宙风险逐渐显露且无法回避。元宇宙建构在数字技术日渐成熟之上,具有“虚实二元”属性特点,构成四类安全风险:系统和算法缺陷的技术风险、元宇宙虚拟现实主义带来的社会风险、“数智人”身份人格权漏洞引发的法律风险、数字劳动异化出现的经济风险。在我国开启元宇宙算法向善技术治理,探索政治导向、人民至上和社会最优化的社会治理,完善元宇宙行政法、民事法、刑事法律体系推进元宇宙法律治理,运用公有制经济优势建设中国式共有元宇宙,防止出现数字鸿沟、数字劳动剥削、数字经济国际分工劣势等元宇宙经济风险。

The big language modeling technology represented by CHATGPT is driving the rapid arrival of the global Metaverse,and the risks of Metaverse are gradually emerging and can-not be avoided.Metaverse is built on the increasingly mature digital technology,with the charac-teristic of"virtual and real duality",and constitutes four types of security risks:technical risks caused by system and algorithm defects,social risks brought by Metaverse virtual realism,legal risks caused by loopholes in the identity and personality rights of"Digital-Smart-People",and economic risks caused by the alienation of digital labor.In China,we will launch Metaverse Al-gorithm for Good Technological Governance,explore politically oriented,people-oriented,and socially optimized social governance,improve the administrative,civil,and criminal legal sys-tems of Metaverse,promote legal governance of Metaverse,utilize the advantages of public ownership economy to build a Chinese style shared Metaverse,and prevent the occurrence of Metaverse economic risks such as digital divide,digital labor exploitation,and international di-vision of labor disadvantages in the digital economy.
