红色资源展陈规范化研究

Research on the Standardization of Red Resources Exhibitions

陈列展览红色资源是保护、管理与运用红色资源的重要手段。我国有丰富的红色资源和大量的相关展陈活动,但规范化展陈的制度供给不足,尤其是展陈审核制度缺位,如审核部门不明确、审核程序缺失、审核内容混乱、审核标准模糊、审核协调机制不健全,导致红色资源的现实功能尚未充分发挥。应在已有的地方红色资源保护传承立法基础之上,就不同类型的红色资源,进一步明确审核的责任部门、建立完善的审核程序、细化审核的工作机制、明确审核内容和审核标准等,切实推进和实现红色资源展陈的规范化管理与高质量发展。

The exhibition of red resources is an important means to protect,manage and use red resources.There are rich red resources and a large number of related exhibition activities in China,but the system supply of standardized exhibition is insufficient,especially the exhibition review system is absent,such as the review department is not clear,the review procedure is mis-sing,the review content is confused,the review standard is fuzzy,the review coordination mech-anism is not perfect,resulting in the realistic function of red resources has not been fully played.On the basis of the existing local legislation on the protection and inheritance of red resources,we should further clarify the responsible departments for the review,establish and improve the review procedures,refine the review working mechanism,clarify the review content and review standards for different types of red resources,and effectively promote and realize the standardi-zed management and high-quality development of red resources.
