中国的发展具有中国自身特色。新时代中国特色社会主义的文化、理论和制度创新决定了中国国家治理现代化在向外学习和借鉴的同时,更需要向内求索与开发。中华优秀传统文化的创造性转化和创新性发展是国家治理现代化向内求索与开发的基础。目前,中国正处于强国建设、民族复兴的伟大征程中,如何推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化,是一个全新的课题,没有捷径可走,没有现成坐标可以参考。我国具有悠久的历史和深厚的文化底蕴,应该遵循自身的发展规律,坚持以史为鉴、古为今用与推陈出新,坚定道路自信,坚持“两个结合”,循序渐进地向前迈进,以中国式现代化全面推进中华民族伟大复兴。

China's development has its own characteristics.The demand for innovations of culture,theory,system,and socialist path with Chinese characteristics in the New Era has predetermined that China needs to seek wisdom and knowledge about modernization of national governance internally within its own cultural tradition,while learning and referring from the outside world.To realize this,a critical step is to creatively convert China's outstanding culture and innovatively develop it.At present,China is undergoing great changes.How to promote the modernization country's governance system and capacity is a brand-new topic.There are no shortcuts for us to take and no ready-made coordinates for us to refer to.In China,a country with a long history and profound cultural traditions,we should follow its own logic of development,insist on taking history as a mirror,make use of the past for the present and bring forth the new through the old,strengthen confidence in our journey,combine the basic principles of Marxism with the fine traditional Chinese culture,fully and thoroughly adapt Marxism to the Chinese context and the needs of our times,and move forward step by step,in order to embrace the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation on all fronts through a Chinese path to modernization.
