统筹草地生态系统五库功能 构建国家生态安全屏障

Coordinate the Five-pool Functions of Grassland Ecosystem and Build a Strong National Ecological Security Barrier in China

草地生态系统是我国生态文明建设的重要载体,对国家生态安全具有基础性、战略性作用。如何落实草地生态系统的多功能近自然经营管理,是草地资源高质量发展亟待解决的问题。本文立足国家生态安全屏障建设,阐述了我国草地资源现状、保护修复成效与关键科技问题,提出“统筹草地生态系统五库功能,筑牢国家生态安全屏障”的草地转型发展新战略、实现路径与研究建议,以期助力草地资源高质量发展和国家生态安全屏障构建。

Grassland ecosystem is an important carrier of national ecological civilization construction,and plays a fundamental and strategic role in national ecological security.How to implement the multifunctional and close-to-nature management of the grassland ecosystem has become an urgent problem to be solved in the high-quality development of grassland resources.Based on the construction of the national ecological security barrier,this paper expounds the status and the achievements of protection and restoration of grassland resources,as well as key scientific and technical issues.Then,we put forward"Coordinate the five-pool functions of grassland ecosystem,and build a strong national ecological infrastructures"as the new strategy of grassland transformation and development,and its implementation paths and research recommendations to help the high-quality development of grassland resources and the construction of national ecological security barrier in China.
