摘要
文章以数字孪生技术在仓库方面的应用为背景,研究了一种基于物联智控平台的数字孪仓库管理平台,在分析智慧仓库的系统架构和数字孪生管控特点的基础上,通过对仓库空间及主要设备进行三维模型建模,以数字化的方式建立仓库相关的物理设备实体的动态虚拟模型,并借助物联网设备所采集的实时监测及运行数据再现仓库设备实体的各种工艺属性等,在虚拟空间中完成物理设备的实时映射,从而反映相对应的实体的全生命周期过程,搭建基于智慧仓库场景的数字孪生管控平台,实现仓库多源异构数据融合、仓库三维模型自适应驱动、业务管控态势管理等功能。
The article takes the application of digital twin technology in warehouses as the background,and studies a digital twin warehouse management platform based on the IoT intelligent control platform.On the basis of analyzing the system architecture and digital twin control characteristics of smart warehouses,a three-dimensional model is established for the warehouse space and main equipment,and a dynamic virtual model of physical equipment entities related to the warehouse is established in a digital way,And with the help of real-time monitoring and operation data collected by IoT devices,various process attributes of warehouse equipment entities are reproduced,and realtime mapping of physical devices is completed in virtual space to reflect the entire lifecycle process of corresponding entities.A digital twin control platform based on smart warehouse scenarios is built,achieving functions such as warehouse multi-source heterogeneous data fusion,warehouse 3D model adaptive driving,and business control situation management.
