摘要
石油行业在不断发展的同时也产生了土壤污染问题,特别是石油烃污染。微生物修复技术能有效地修复石油烃污染土壤。对采用微生物修复石油烃污染土壤进行了概述,论述了生物刺激技术、外源添加降解菌修复技术、微生物固定化修复技术以及微生物-植物联合修复技术。分析了上述技术当前的应用以及各自的局限性,并对未来发展趋势进行了展望,以期为未来开展石油烃污染土壤修复提供参考。
With the continuous development of the oil industry,the problem of soil pollution,especially petroleum hydrocarbon pollution,has also arisen.Microbial remediation technology can effectively remediate petroleum hydrocarbon-contaminated soil.In this paper,the use of microbial remediation technology to remediate petroleum hydrocarbon-contaminated soil was summarized,and biostimulation technology,exogenous addition of degrading bacteria remediation technology,microbial immobilization remediation technology,and microbial-plant combined remediation technology were discussed.Then,the current applications and limitations of the above technologies were analyzed.The future development trend was prospected,in order to provide some reference for the remediation of petroleum hydrocarbon-contaminated soils in the future.
