铁锰氧化膜在水处理中的研究与应用

摘要 在中试过滤系统中,通过向进水管路中持续投加高锰酸钾、氯化铁和氯化锰溶液,可在石英砂滤料表面逐渐形成一层黑褐色的铁锰活性氧化膜(MeO_(x))。该氧化膜具有较强的吸附性能和催化氧化活性。在水温、pH值等外界条件发生变化时,氧化膜仍能保持较高的活性,污染物去除效果受环境因素影响较小。MeO_(x)可用于同步去除地下水和地表水中的氨氮、铁锰、砷、双酚A等污染物。介绍了MeO_(x)的制备与特性,综述了其在去除不同类型污染物中的应用,同时展望了处理高负荷污染水源和微污染有机物的应用前景。 In the pilot-scale filtration system,by continuously adding potassium permanganate,ferric chloride and manganese chloride solution into the water inlet pipeline,a layer of black-brown iron-manganese active oxide film(MeO_(x))can be gradually formed on the surface of quartz sand filter material.The oxide film has strong adsorption performance and catalytic oxidation activity.When the external conditions such as water temperature and pH value change,the oxide film can still maintain high activity,and the pollutant removal effect is less affected by environmental factors.MeO_(x)can be used to simultaneously remove pollutants such as ammonia nitrogen,iron and manganese,arsenic and bisphenol A from groundwater and surface water.In this paper,the preparation and characteristics of MeO_(x)were introduced,and its application in removing different types of pollutants was summarized.At the same time,the application prospect of treating high-load polluted water source and slightly polluted organic matter was prospected.
