纳米排驱剂性能评价及页岩储层渗吸能力分析

摘要 页岩油气藏开发技术要求与常规油气藏存在一定的差别,为了选择出适合页岩油气藏压裂渗吸的压裂液,基于纳米改性及分子自组装理论为为依据,研究了一种新型纳米排驱剂FMY-2,从油水界面张力、润湿性、吸附性、渗吸效果四个方面对体系在页岩储层的作用效果及适用性进行了评价。实验结果表明该试剂质量分数为0.2%时,效果最佳,界面张力可到10^(-4),润湿角由34°变为144°,具有一定的界面活性及润湿翻转能力,渗吸实验结果最终采收率为17.1%,说明该试剂对于国页岩气储层的有效开发具有一定的现实意义。 There are certain differences between the technical requirements for the development of shale oil gas reservoirs and conventional oil gas reservoirs,in order to select a fracturing fluid suitable for fracturing and infiltration of shale reservoirs,based on the theory of nano-modification and molecular self-assembly,a new nano-displacement age FMY-2 was studied,and the effect and applicability of the system in shale reservoirs were evaluated from four aspects:oil-water interface tension,wettability,adsorption and seepage effect.The experimental results showed that when the mass fraction of the reagent was 0.2%,the effect was the best,the interfacial tension reached 10^(-4),the wetting angle changed from 34°to 144°,it had a certain interfacial activity and wetting and flipping ability,and the final recovery rate of the osmosis experiment results was 17.1%,indicating that the reagent had certain practical significance for the effective development of shale gas reservoirs in China.
