摘要
长效抗菌材料的重要性日益凸显,它不仅可以有效减少抗菌剂的使用,从而降低产生病菌耐药性的风险,而且在许多医用材料(例如医用棉布、伤口敷料以及植入物)使用方面发挥着不可或缺的作用,这些材料的持久抗菌将大大减少二次感染以及诱发疾病的危险.因此,开发持久、高效且安全的抗菌材料已经成为研究热点.本文主要简述了近年来研究者们针对表面涂层、医用棉织物、伤口愈合敷料、体内植入物、水处理过滤膜以及其它方面等设计开发的长效抗菌材料,最后对该领域的未来研究方向进行了展望.
Long-lasting antibacterial materials are becoming increasingly important.They can effectively decrease the consumption of antibacterial agents,thereby reducing the risk of microbial resistance.Also,they play an indispensable role in safe utilization of many medical materials(medical cotton cloth,wound dressings,and implants,etc.).The durable antibacterial property can greatly abate the risk of secondary infections and induced diseases.Therefore,the development of durable,efficient,and safe antibacterial materials has become a research hotspot.In this perspective,we mainly introduce the recent advancement of long-lasting antibacterial materials aimed for surface coatings,medical cotton fabrics,wound healing dressings,in vivo implants,water treatment membranes and other aspects.Finally,the future research in this field is envisaged.
