摘要
在制粉系统运行过程中,若磨煤机的出口温度超过限定值,有易燃易爆的危险。某电厂350 MW褐煤锅炉因掺烧低水分烟煤出现了磨煤机出口温度过高的问题,为了使磨煤机出口温度降低,对空气预热器进行了反转改造试验。结果表明:对空气预热器进行反转改造后,磨煤机的出口温度均降低到限定值之内,解决了机组运行中的安全问题,为掺烧低水分烟煤的电厂提供了借鉴经验。
During the operation of the pulverizing system,there is the risk of inflammable and explosive easily if the outlet temperature of the coal mill exceeds the limit value.Aiming at the excess outlet temperature of coal mill of a 350 MW lignite boiler in a power plant because of mixed firing with low-moisture bituminous coal,the reverse transformation test of the air preheater was carried out on the equipment side to reduce the outlet temperature of the coal mill.The results show that the outlet temperature of the coal mill decreases to the limit value after the air preheater reversal transformation test is completed,which solves the safety problem in the unit operation and can provide some reference experience for the power plant with low moisture bituminous coal.
