摘要
湿地资源监测可发现湿地资源变化和摸清湿地资源现状。本研究以苏州省级重要湿地、市级重要湿地和市级湿地公园为监测范围,采集不同分辨率的多源遥感影像,构建苏州湿地资源遥感动态监测体系,研制了湿地决策树分类和变化斑块自动提取等动态监测关键技术方法。在此基础上,编制湿地变化监测报告及相关专题图件,建立重要湿地资源管理地理信息系统,实现了“湿地一张图”展示、多时序遥感底图对比、变化图斑编辑管理等功能。本研究方法实现了对苏州重要湿地资源的动态监测与科学管理,可为提升湿地管理水平和加强湿地保护修复能力提供技术支撑。
Wetland resource monitoring can detect changes in wetland resources and understand the current status of wetland resources.Taking provincial important wetlands,municipal important wetlands,and municipal wetland parks in Suzhou as monitoring areas,multi-source satellite remote sensing images were collected,the remote sensing dynamic monitoring system of wetland resources in Suzhou was constructed,and the key technologies and methods of dynamic monitoring,such as decision tree classification and automatic extraction of wetland change patches,were developed.Besides,the wetland change monitoring report and related thematic maps were generated,and the geographic information system for the management of important wetland resources was established,which realized the functions such as one wetland map display,multi temporal remote sensing base map comparison,and change patches editing and management.This method has achieved dynamic monitoring and scientific management of important wetland resources in Suzhou,and it provides technical support for improving wetland management level and strengthening wetland protection and restoration capabilities.
