苏州湿地自然科普实践现状、问题与发展路径

Current Status,Problems and Development Approaches of Nature Science Dissemination Practices of Suzhou's Wetlands

为厘清苏州湿地自然科普事业发展脉络,突破当前问题瓶颈,推动行业健康发展,文中以苏州2012—2022年湿地自然科普实践为基础,通过对自然教育从业者、志愿者和参与者等相关人员进行问卷调查分析,明晰了行业全面成熟运营阶段的发展瓶颈。结合湿地自然科普实践,提出了完善湿地自然科普人才管理机制、探索志愿者融合模式、探索学校教育融合模式3种发展路径,旨在为全国湿地自然科普发展提供有益参考。

This article clarifies the development context of Suzhou Nature Science Dissemination of Wetlands,breaks through the bottlenecks of current problems,and promote the healthy development of the industry.Based on the practices of Suzhou Nature Science Dissemination of Wetlands during 2012-2022,we conducted a questionnaire survey for nature education practitioners,volunteers and participants and other relevant personnel,and analyzed the current bottleneck of the industry.This article puts forward three solutions to the core problems:improvement of of talent management system,exploration of integrating volunteers,combination of natural education and compulsory school education,providing helpful reference for the further development of national Nature Science Dissemination of Wetlands.
