某品牌汽车变速箱故障分析研究

Analysis and Research of a Brand Automobile Transmission Maintenance

变速箱结构复杂,维修技术要求高。一旦产生故障,故障维修较为麻烦。在汽车变速箱维修工作开展过程中,需要对故障产生的原因进行分析,然后通过故障检测与诊断,确定故障点,展开相应的维修,保障变速箱维修的质量与水平。本文以大众汽车为例,针对变速箱维修展开分析与研究,首先阐述了大众汽车变速箱的组成,然后分析了变速箱的故障原因,并提出了相关的维修对策。

Transmission as the engine torque and speed output mechanism,its performance affects the driver's vehicle control and passenger ride comfort.Transmission structure is complex,once the fault occurs,the fault maintenance is more troublesome.As a type of transmission,automatic transmission has more complex structure and higher maintenance requirements.In the process of automobile transmission maintenance,it is necessary to analyze the causes of faults,and then through fault detection and diagnosis,determine the fault point,carry out the corresponding maintenance,and ensure the quality and level of transmission maintenance.Taking Volkswagen as an example,this paper analyzes and studies the maintenance of gearbox.Firstly,it describes the composition of the gearbox of Volkswagen,and then analyzes the fault causes of the gearbox,and puts forward the relevant maintenance countermeasures.
