某型燃机停机时爆燃的故障分析与处理

摘要 某电厂9FA.03型燃气轮机燃料采用轻柴油及天然气双燃料。在调试液体燃料模式运行时,多次发生停机熄火后爆燃的现象。对燃机相关系统及控制逻辑进行检查分析后,判断事故原因为燃机熄火后通过吹扫系统进入燃烧室的残余燃油过多导致复燃,采取修改熄火转速、吹扫系统逻辑等措施后成功处理了此缺陷。 The power plant 9FA.03 gas turbine is dual fueled with light diesel oil and natural gas.During commissioning of the liquid fuel operation,deflagration occurred several times after shutdown and flame-off.While checking and analyzing the relevant systems and control logic of GT,it was determined that the cause of the failure was the excessive residual fuel entering the combustion chamber through the purge system after GT flame-off,which led to re-ignition.The failure was successfully dealt with by taking measures such as modifying the speed of flame-off and the logic of purge system.
