摘要
为研究新能源汽车低压上电控制逻辑,分析了新能源汽车比亚迪秦EV的低压上电控制系统。对低压控制系统工作原理进行了分析,探索了比亚迪秦EV的低压上电逻辑。结合比亚迪秦EV新能源汽车的电路图进行了实验验证,利用低压上电控制逻辑提供低压不上电故障的思路,运用现代诊断设备成功解决了故障,实验证明探索性学习能成功验证新能源汽车低压上电控制逻辑。
In order to study the low-voltage power-on control logic of new energy vehicles,the low-voltage power-on control system of BYD Qin EV was analyzed.The working principle of the low-voltage control system is analyzed,and the low-voltage power-on logic of BYD Qin EV is explored.An experimental verification was conducted based on the circuit diagram of BYD Qin EV new energy vehicle.The low-voltage power-on control logic was used to provide the idea of low-voltage power-on faults,and modern diagnostic equipment was used to successfully solve the faults.The experiment proved that exploratory learning can successfully verify the low-voltage power-on control logic of new energy vehicles.
