摘要
基于数字孪生技术,可以实现电机生产的高质量化和高效率化。同时还可以兼顾多规格、小批量的柔性化生产模式,以满足企业在市场环境中的需求。因此,将传统制造模式转变为数字孪生制造是电机制造业发展的必然趋势。本文针对某公司的实际情况,提出了基于数字孪生的新能源汽车电机装配车间设计,实现电机生产高自动化、高质量化、高效率化,入选工业和信息化部超高效永磁电机及控制系统智能制造综合标准化与新模式应用项目,为电机制造企业高质量、高价值发展提供参考价值。
Based on digital twinning technology,high quality and high efficiency of motor production can be realized.At the same time,it can also take into account the multi-specifications,small batch flexible production model to meet the needs of enterprises in the market environment.Therefore,it is an inexorable trend for motor manufacturing industry to transform traditional manufacturing mode into digital twin manufacturing.According to the actual situation of a company,this paper puts forward the design of new energy automobile motor assembly line based on digital twinning,which realizes the high automation,high quality and high efficiency of motor production,the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China is selected for the project of Integrated Standardization and new model application for intelligent manufacturing of ultra-efficient permanent magnet motors and control systems,which provides reference value for the development of high quality and high value motor manufacturing enterprises.
