Construction and Design Method of Cars Transmission Test Bench

本文以新能源汽车上的DAT变速器为例,在介绍汽车变速器结构及工作原理基础上,讨论了汽车变速器试验标准的编制流程,并对变速器试验台进行了搭建及系统设计,通过检测变速器的性能及疲劳寿命,更好提升变速器产品的质量,保整汽车车辆的行驶质量,对未来汽车变速器试验台架的设计研究具有一定的借鉴意义。

In this paper,the DAT transmission on new energy vehicles is taken as an example.Firstly,based on the introduction of the structure and working principle of the cars transmission,the paper discusses the preparation process of the cars transmission test standard.Then,the transmission test bench is built and the system is designed.Finally,the quality of transmission products is better improved and the driving quality of vehicles is ensured by testing the performance and fatigue life of transmission,which has certain reference significance for the future design and research of cars transmission test bench.
