In this paper,the production safety and on-site quality management in the new energy automobile industry are deeply studied.This paper first introduces the development background and current situation of the new energy vehicle industry,and then analyzes the importance of safety and quality management in the production process,as well as the main challenges currently faced in these two aspects.By proposing specific strategies and measures to address these challenges,this paper aims to provide strong support for the sustainable,safe and high-quality development of the new energy vehicle industry.Finally,the effectiveness of these strategies and measures is further demonstrated through several specific case studies.
