稳就业背景下新就业形态劳动者权益保障问题分析

在经济下行压力背景下,中央适时提出“六稳”“六保”目标任务,摆在首位的是就业。随着信息技术的发展和居民消费结构的不断升级,新就业形态应运而生,并对稳就业发挥了积极的作用。然而,由于新就业形态劳动者与平台企业之间的非正式劳动关系,使得其合法劳动权益得不到应有的保障,客观上不利于新就业形态的发展。因此,政府相关部门应该从稳就业的高度,重视新就业形态劳动者的权益保障问题,采取切实措施维护新就业形态劳动者的合法权益。

Against the background of economic downward pressure,the central government puts forward the goals and tasks of“six stability”and“six guarantees”in a timely manner,and employment is the top priority.With the development of information technology and the continuous upgrading of residents􀆳consumption structure,new forms of employment have emerged and played a positive role in stabilizing employment.However,due to the informal labor relationship between workers in the new form of employment and platform companies,their legitimate labor rights and interests cannot be properly protected,which is objectively not conducive to the development of the new form of employment.Therefore,relevant government departments should,from the perspective of stabilizing employment,pay attention to the protection of the rights and interests of workers in new forms of employment,and take practical measures to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of workers in new forms of employment.
