摘要
针对工程设计中常见的蒸汽管道,首先根据理论分析,得到蒸汽管道的压降和温度损失的计算公式,然后在Aspen Plus中进行严格模拟计算,对分析结果加以验证。结果表明理论分析和模拟计算结果比较吻合,在已知管道的基本信息后,可以据此计算出管道的温压损失,这对于工程设计具有较大的借鉴意义。
In this paper,the calculation equations for temperature loss and pressure drop are first obtained by theoretical analysis.Second the rigorous simulation is carried out to verify the results of the analysis.Results show the theoretical analysis is in agreement with the simulation calculation and the temperature loss and pressure drop for power steam pipe could be obtained based on the basic information of pipes,which provieds significant reference to engineering design.
