不同浓度光合细菌菌剂对小番茄育苗的影响

摘要 为探索小番茄育苗期间喷施光合细菌菌剂对幼苗素质的影响,开展了不同浓度光合细菌菌剂对小番茄育苗的影响试验。试验设置60倍液、80倍液、100倍液和120倍液4种不同浓度光合细菌菌剂,在幼苗1叶1心、2叶1心期进行叶面喷施,以不喷施光合细菌菌剂为对照。结果表明,光合细菌菌剂60倍液对小番茄根系营养物质积累有一定促进作用,有利于培育蔬菜壮苗;80倍液能够有效促进幼苗根系生长;100倍液能够促进小番茄幼苗地上部生长;120倍液能够促进幼苗体积增长。光合细菌菌剂叶面喷施对小番茄幼苗的生长均有不同程度的促进作用。 In order to explore the effects of spraying photosynthetic bacterial agents on the seedling quality of cherry tomatoes during the seedling cultivation period,experiments were conducted on the effects of different concentrations of photosynthetic bacterial agents on the seedling cultivation of cherry tomatoes.Four different concentrations of photosynthetic bacterial agents were set up,including 60 fold solution,80 fold solution,100 fold solution and 120 fold solution,to be sprayed on the leaves of seedlings at the stage of 1 leaf 1 heart and 2 leaves 1 heart,with no spraying of photosynthetic bacterial agents as the control.The results showed that the 60 fold solution of photosynthetic bacteria had a certain promoting effect on the accumulation of nutrients in crop roots,which was beneficial for cultivating strong vegetable seedlings.The 80 fold solution of photosynthetic bacteria can effectively promote the growth of seedling roots.The 100 fold solution of photosynthetic bacteria can promote the above-ground growth of cherry tomato seedlings.120 fold solution of photosynthetic bacteria can promote the growth of seedling volume.The foliar spraying of photosynthetic bacterial agents has varying degrees of promoting effects on the growth of cherry tomato seedlings.
