露地番茄生物降解膜筛选研究

摘要 【目的】为了筛选适合宁夏灌区露地番茄生产的降解膜。【方法】通过田间试验,研究不覆膜、常规地膜,以及4种生物降解膜对露地番茄产量、生育期内土壤温度、土壤水分含量、地膜残留的影响。【结果】与不覆膜处理相比,常规地膜和生物降解膜覆盖均可显著提高露地番茄产量,但生物降解膜较常规地膜显著减产5.9%~16.5%,百利基生物降解膜的产量效应最高。试验表明生物降解膜均能起到保温保墒效果,常规地膜残留量最高,中原塑业生物降解膜残留量最低。【结论】综合考虑露地番茄产量效应、保温保墒效应和当季残留风险,在宁夏灌区露地番茄生产中应首选百利基生物降解膜。 [Objective]To screen degradable films suitable for outdoor tomato production in Ningxia irrigation areas.[Method]Field experiments were carried out by studying the effects of non plastic film covering,conventional plastic film covering and four types of biodegradable films on the yield,soil temperature and humidity during the growth period and film residue of open-field tomatoes.[Result]Compared with the non mulching treatment,both conventional plastic film and biodegradable film mulching significantly increased the yield of open-field tomatoes,and biodegradable film significantly reduced the yield by 5.9%to 16.5%compared to conventional plastic film,with Bailiki biodegradable film having the highest yield effect.The experiment showed that biodegradable films can all achieve insulation and moisture retention effects,and the residual amount of conventional plastic films is the highest,while the residual amount of biodegradable films from Zhongyuan Plastic Industry is the lowest.[Conclusion]Taking into account the yield effect,insulation and moisture retention effect,and residual risk of the season,the first choice for the production of open-field tomatoes in Ningxia irrigation areas should be Bailiki biodegradable film.
