养马岛休闲渔业游客满意度调查研究

Study on Tourist Satisfaction of Leisure Fisheries in Yangma Island

为更好推动烟台市养马岛休闲渔业的发展,以游客满意度为切入点,在查阅文献、实地走访的基础上设计养马岛游客满意度调查问卷,通过实地调查,获取203份养马岛游客满意度数据信息,采用因子分析法对数据进行分析研究。结果表明,养马岛游客的综合满意度较低,养马岛景区建设存在诸多不合理现象,如核心要素竞争力不足、基础建设仍需改善、服务质量有待提高等。针对养马岛休闲渔业发展存在的问题,从完善娱乐设施、强化基础设施建设、提高景区服务质量3个方面提出对策及建设,以促进养马岛休闲渔业的进一步发展。

In order to better promote the development of recreational fishery in Yangma Island in Yantai City,taking tourist satisfaction as the starting point,a questionnaire on tourist satisfaction in Yangma Island was designed on the basis of literature review and field visits.Through field surveys,203 pieces of data on tourist satisfaction in Yangma Island were obtained,and factor analysis was used to analyze the data.The results indicate that the overall satisfaction of tourists on Yangma Island is relatively low,and there exist many unreasonable phenomena in the construction of Yangma Island scenic spots including insufficient competitiveness of core elements,infrastructure still needs to be improved,and service quality needs to be improved.In response to the problems in the development of leisure fisheries in Yangma Island,countermeasures are proposed from three aspects:improving entertainment facilities,strengthening infrastructure construction,and improving the quality of scenic area services,in order to promote the further development of leisure fisheries in Yangma Island.
