枸杞果实中溴氰虫酰胺及其代谢物检测方法研究

摘要 【目的】研究建立枸杞果实中溴氰虫酰胺及其代谢物残留检测的液相色谱-质谱/质谱法。【方法】枸杞果实样品采用分散法处理,用乙腈提取,C18净化,超高效液相色谱-三重四级杆质谱联用仪检测,外标法定量。【结果】应用该方法检测枸杞鲜果、干果中溴氰虫酰胺及其代谢物,平均回收率为83.9%~108.8%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为4.2%~9.6%,定量限均为0.01 mg/kg。【结论】该方法可以快速、准确测定枸杞果实中溴氰虫酰胺农药及其代谢物。 [Objective]Cyantraniliprole and its metabolites residue in Lycium fruit was detected by ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS/MS).[Method]The samples were processed using the method,extracted with acetonitrile,purified with C18,detected by UPLC-MS/MS and quantified by external standard method.[Result]The recoveries were 83.9%~108.8%,relative standard deviations(RSD)were 4.2%~9.6%,and the quantification limit was 0.01 mg/kg.[Conclusion]This method can quickly and accurately detect cyantraniliprole pesticides and its metabolites.
