地铁牵引电动机性能试验系统设计

摘要 牵引电动机作为地铁的关键部件,其性能直接决定地铁运行的安全性。结合地铁牵引电动机具有低速、大负载、频繁启停特点,开展了地铁牵引电动机性能试验系统方案设计,采用专用试验电源为牵引电动机供电,采用能量回馈技术降低试验能耗,研制了某型地铁牵引电动机性能试验系统,实现了电动机电阻测量、堵转试验、空载试验、温升试验、负载试验、振动试验和噪声试验。试验结果表明,所设计的试验系统满足地铁牵引电动机性能试验要求,具有操作方便、测试精度高、试验能耗低的特点. As a key component of subway,traction motor􀆳s performance directly determines the safety of subway operation.The subway traction motor has the characteristics of low speed,large load and frequent start and stop.The design of subway traction motor performance test system is carried out.Special test power supply is used to power the traction motor,and energy feedback technology is used to reduce the test energy consumption.The performance test system of a certain type of subway traction motor is developed,and the motor resistance measurement,gridlock test,no-load test,temperature rise test,load test,vibration test and noise test are realized.The test results show that the designed test system can meet the performance test re-quirements of subway traction motor,and has the characteristics of easy operation,high test accuracy and low test energy consumption.
