城区地下人防洞室病害调查及其处置对策研究

Study on Disease Investigation and Disposal Countermeasures of Urban Civil Air Defense Basement

以某疏散机动干道地下人防洞室处置工程为依托,调查洞室现状,归纳病害类型,探讨内在成因,评价洞室安全,提出处置对策、回填方法及相应施工流程.研究指出地下人防洞室病害包含五种类型:底鼓、偏帮、渗漏、悬脚和垮塌;在安全评价基础上,提出地道废弃回填处置对策;结合地表建筑环境复杂程度,提出不同回填施工技术建议:具备地表开孔条件的地道单元采用地面开孔回填施工方法;不具备地表开孔条件的地道单元则采用地下泵送回填施工技术.研究成果以期为人防管理部门科学决策提供参考,也供类似工程借鉴.

Based on the disposal project of the urban civil air defense basement on an evacuation motor road,this paper investigates the current situation of the cave,summarizes the disease types,discusses the internal causes,evaluates the safety of the cave,and puts forward the disposal countermeasures,backfill methods and the corresponding construction process.The study points out that the disease of urban civil air defense basement involves five types:bottom drum,partial support,leakage,hanging foot and collapse.On the basis of safety evaluation,considering the complexity of the surface building environment,different technical suggestions for backfill construction are proposed.The basement unit with the surface opening conditions adopts the surface opening backfill construction method,and the basement unit without the surface opening conditions adopts the underground pumping backfill construction technology.The research results are expected to provide reference for the civil air defense management departments􀆳scientific decision-making,and also for similar projects.
