摘要
目的 了解RIELE4040半自动生化分析仪在献血人群丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)初筛中应用效果。方法收集广州市番禺区2021-2022年献血者献血后ALT复检不合格血液报废数据,其中献血前ALT筛查18 713人次、未筛查46 060人次,RIELE4040半自动生化分析仪筛查13 519人次、干式生化仪筛查5 194人次。结果 献血前实施ALT筛查献血者的血液报废率明显低于未筛查者(1.03%vs 6.18%,P<0.01);使用RIELE4040半自动生化分析仪筛查后的献血者ALT复检不合格血液报废为0.64%,明显低于干式生化仪的2.02%(P<0.01)。结论 采用RIELE4040半自动生化分析仪进行献血前ALT初筛可降低血液报废率。
Objective To observe the application of RIELE4040 semi-automatic biochemical analyzer in preliminary screening of alanine aminotransferase(ALT) in blood donors.Methods The data of unqualified blood samples after ALT retest were collected from 2021-2022 in Panyu District,Guangzhou,of which 18 713 person-times were screened for ALT and 46 060 were not before blood donation,and 13 519 were screened by RIELE4040 semi-automatic biochemical analyzer and 5 194 by dry biochemical analyzer.Results The unqualified rate of blood samples was lower in donors with ALT screening than in those without ALT screening(1.03% vs 6.18%,P<0.01),and so did between RIELE4040 semi-automatic and dry biochemical analyzers(0.64% vs 2.02%,P<0.01).Conclusion RIELE4040 semi-automatic biochemical analyzer can decrease the unqualified rate of blood samples in preliminary screening of ALT.
