摘要
近年来,一系列研究发现轴突生长抑制因子(Nogo)蛋白在多种疾病中发挥重要作用。此外,Nogo还通过介导巨噬细胞M1/M2极化参与炎症进程。该文综述了Nogo家族在疾病中的作用并揭示其分子机制。
In recent years,a series of studies have found that neurite outgrowth inhibitor(Nogo) proteins play an important role in a variety of diseases.In addition,Nogo is actively involved in the inflammatory process by mediating M1/M2polarization of macrophages.This paper reviewed the role of Nogo family in diseases and revealed its molecular mechanism.
