固元养阴汤对乳腺癌患者改良根治术后免疫功能及炎症指标的影响

Effect of Guyuan Yangyin Decoction on Immune Function and Inflammatory Indexes of Breast Cancer Patients after Modified Radical Operation

目的探讨固元养阴汤在乳腺癌患者改良根治术后中的应用价值。方法随机将医院2021年1月~2022年1月收治的80例行改良根治术的乳腺癌患者分为2组,各40例。对照组术后采用常规治疗,基于此,观察组加用固元养阴汤治疗。对两组术后恢复情况、免疫功能及炎症指标进行比较。结果观察组引流量比对照组多,切口愈合时间、引流时间及住院时间比对照组短(P<0.05);治疗后,两组CD8^(+)水平均比治疗前低,且观察组比对照组低,两组CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平均比治疗前高,且观察组比对照组高(P<0.05);治疗后,两组肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素(IL)-6、IL-8水平均比治疗前低,且观察组比对照组低(P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌患者改良根治术后采用固元养阴汤治疗可调节炎症反应,改善免疫功能,促进患者术后恢复。

Objective To explore the application value of Guyuan Yangyin Decoction in breast cancer patients after modified radical surgery.Methods 80 breast cancer patients treated with modified radical mastectomy in the hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were randomly divided into two groups,40 cases in each group.The control group received routine treatment after surgery,and based on this,the observation group was treated with Guyuan Yangyin Tang.Compare the postoperative recovery,immune function,and inflammatory indicators between the two groups.Results The drainage volume in the observation group was more than that in the control group,and the wound healing time,drainage time and hospitalization time were shorter than those in the control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05);After treatment,the level of CD8^(+)in both groups was lower than that before treatment,and the level of CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the level of CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in both groups was higher than that before treatment,and the level of CD4^(+)in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,tumor necrosis factorα(TNF-α)、The levels of interleukin(IL)-6 and IL-8 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Guyuan Yangyin Decoction can regulate inflammatory reaction,improve immune function and promote postoperative recovery of patients with breast cancer after modified radical mastectomy.
