生脉散合六味地黄汤加减治疗糖尿病的效果及血糖水平观察

Observation on the Effect and Blood Glucose Level of Shengmai Powder Combined with Liuwei Dihuang Decoction in the Treatment of Diabetes Mellitus

目的评估生脉散合六味地黄汤加减应用在糖尿病(DM)患者中的效果及对血糖水平的影响。方法纳入2021年2月至2022年6月的200例DM患者,参照随机数字表法划分对照组(纳入100例,行常规西药治疗)、观察组(纳入100例,加用生脉散合六味地黄汤加减),评价组间治疗有效率、糖脂代谢情况、胰岛功能、不良反应、并发症。结果(1)较之对照组(85.00%),观察组治疗有效率(95.00%)更高,P<0.05;(2)治疗前,组间糖脂代谢情况、胰岛功能无差异,P>0.05;治疗1个月后,观察组糖脂代谢情况、胰岛功能更佳,P<0.05;(3)在不良反应方面,观察组(3.00%)与对照组(6.00%)无差异,P>0.05;(4)较之对照组(13.00%),观察组并发症发生率(4.00%)更低,P<0.05。结论对DM患者行生脉散合六味地黄汤加减治疗,能够增强疗效,尽快改善糖脂代谢及胰岛功能,减少并发症,加之不良反应较少,值得推广。

Objective To evaluate the effect of Shengmai SAN combined with Liuwei Dihuang Decoction in patients with diabetes mellitus(DM)and its influence on blood glucose level.Methods A total of 200 DM patients from February 2021 to June 2022 were included and divided into control group(100 patients were included and received conventional western medicine treatment)and observation group(100 patients were included and added with Shengmai SAN and Liuwei Dihuang Decoction)according to random number table method.The treatment efficiency,glucose and lipid metabolism,islet function,adverse reactions and complications were evaluated between groups.Results(1)Compared with the control group(85.00%),the effective rate of the observation group was higher(95.00%),P<0.05;(2)Before treatment,there were no differences in glucose and lipid metabolism and islet function between groups,P>0.05;After 1 month of treatment,the glucose and lipid metabolism and islet function of the observation group were better,P<0.05;(3)There was no difference in adverse reactions between the observation group(3.00%)and the control group(6.00%),P>0.05;(4)Compared with the control group(13.00%),the complication rate in the observation group(4.00%)was lower,P<0.05.Conclusion Shengmai Powder combined with Liuwei Dihuang Decoction can enhance therapeutic effect,improve glucose and lipid metabolism and islet function as soon as possible,reduce complications,and have fewer adverse reactions,so it is worth promoting.
