结局导向的一体化零缺陷护理在急诊创伤患者救治中的应用

Application of Outcome Oriented Integrated Zero Defect Nursing in Emergency Trauma Treatment

目的对急诊创伤患者救治中实施结局导向的一体化零缺陷护理,观察其应用效果。方法选取我院于2020年8月至2022年8月急诊科收治的创伤患者纳入研究,合计100例。按照随机数字表法分为对照组(基础干预,n=50例)和观察组(结局导向的一体化零缺陷护理干预,n=50例)。比较两组救治时间、抢救成功率、不良事件发生率。结果观察组输血时间、确诊时间、急诊转入手术时间、急诊转入病房时间显著低于对照组,差异显著,P<0.05。与对照组(80.00%)的抢救成功率相比,观察组(94.00%)显著提升,P<0.05。观察组急诊救治中不良事件总发生率(1.00%)低于对照组(16.00%),P<0.05。结论对急诊创伤患者救治中实施结局导向的一体化零缺陷护理,能够显著提升抢救成功率,缩短救治时间,预防不良事件的发生。

Objective To observe the effect of the outcome oriented integrated zero defect nursing in the treatment of emergency trauma patients.Methods The study involved 100 trauma patients admitted to our hospital's emergency department between August 2020 and August 2022.Using the random number table method,they were divided into two groups:the observation group(outcome-oriented integrated zero-defect nursing intervention,n=50 cases)and the control group(basic intervention,n=50 cases).The length of treatment,rate of effective rescue,and frequency of adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results The blood transfusion time,diagnosis time,emergency transfer to operation time and emergency transfer to ward time in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group,with significant differences(P<0.05).Compared with the control group(80.00%),the success rate of rescue in the observation group(94.00%)was significantly improved(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse events in emergency treatment in observation group(1.00%)was lower than that in control group(16.00%),P<0.05.Conclusion The implementation of outcome oriented integrated zero defect nursing in the treatment of emergency trauma patients can significantly improve the success rate of rescue,shorten the treatment time and prevent the occurrence of adverse events.
