摘要
实景三维作为真实、立体、时序化反映人类生产、生活和生态空间的时空基底,是重要的国家新型基础设施。2021年8月自然资源主管部门发布《实景三维中国建设技术大纲》,实景三维中国建设已经成为全社会关注的焦点之一。该文①从概念层面上论述了实景三维中国的内涵,包括定义、主要特征、建设内容和意义;②介绍了实景三维中国的产品体系;③重点论述了实景三维数据模型、模型生产、物联感知数据接入和融合、数据管理与可视化、保密处理与质检等方面的关键技术;④介绍了实景三维中国的标准体系;⑤对实景三维中国建设的难点问题进行了总结。该文可为相关的研究提供参考。
As a real,three-dimensional and temporal basis reflecting human production,living and ecological space,3Dreal scene(3DRS)has become a new important national infrastructure.In August 2021,the Ministry of Natural Resources issued the technical outline of 3DRS Construction in China.3DRS construction of China has become a hot issue.This paper firstly introduces the connotation of 3Dreal scene,including the definition,main characteristics,construction content and meaning.Secondly,the product system is proposed.Thirdly,key technologies such as data model,data production,data access and fusion of internet of things(IoT)perception,data storage and visualization,confidential processing and quality inspection are mainly discussed.Then,the standard specification are introduced.Finally,the problems and future development trend are proposed.The review in the paper can provide reference for related research.
