摘要
欧美城市文学研究近来涌现诸多富有洞见的成果,而文学城市学或文学城市研究(Literary Urban Studies)目前在国内鲜有学者引介和关注。欧美城市文学研究丰富了我们关于西方城市建制与发展进程、市民生活的多样性、世界地方城市的多元品格以及城市与人之间的辩证与互动关系的认识;也结合不同学科理论资源与研究范式,从文学文本出发,使我们理解文学如何再现城市,提供回忆底本,想象甚至成为建设城市的蓝本,以及城市如何决定、影响甚至形塑不同地区城市文学文本的重要议题。
The study of urban literature in Western countries has flourished with many insightful achievements in recent years.However,literary urban studies has received little attention and introduction in China.Western urban literary studies enrich our understanding of the Western urban development process,the diversity of urban life,the multiple characteristics of local cities around the world,and the dialectical and interactive relationship between cities and people.These studies,by combining different theoretical resources and research paradigms from various disciplines,open up new ways for us to understand how literature represents cities,provides a source of memory,and even becomes a blueprint for constructing cities beyond their time.Moreover,these studies help us to see how cities determine,influence,and shape different regional urban literary texts.
