摘要
时空基础设施在“智慧城市”中的基础性、关键性支撑作用越来越受到人们的重视,其建设受技术、需求、政策等不同因素共同作用而呈现出不同特点。本文通过梳理时空基础设施在不同阶段信息支撑、管理和资源共享要求的演变,分析其现阶段核心应用价值以指导现阶段时空基础设施建设。通过对其现阶段核心价值的阐述,并结合应用实践情况,对未来时空基础设施建设进行分析和探索。
The basic and key supporting role of spatio temporal infrastructure in"smart city"has attracted more and more attention,and its construction has different characteristics due to different factors such as technology,demand,and policy.This paper sorts out the evolution of information support,management and resource sharing requirements of spatio temporal infrastructure in different stages,and analyzes its core application value to guide the construction of spatio temporal infrastructure at this stage.Through the exposition of its core value at the present stage,combined with the practical situation of application,the future spatio temporal infrastructure construction is analyed and explored.
