基于车载激光扫描系统的矢量地形图精度检验方法研究

摘要 为了提高矢量地形图精度检验的自动化程度与效率,降低外业工作量和人工成本,本文将移动车载激光扫描系统应用到矢量地形图精度检验中。首先,使用移动车载扫描系统采集道路及两侧高精度点云数据,并对采集得到的原始点云数据进行点云滤波、坐标转换等处理,采集地物特征点对点云精度进行检验;其次,使用要素自动提取软件,对点云场景中的特征点线进行提取,并通过最近邻法搜索得到矢量地形图中与点云中特征点相对应的同名点。最后,使用本文方法对1∶1000矢量地形图进行精度检验。检验结果表明,使用本文方法共提取到214个地物特征点,其中209个地物特征点双向匹配成功,匹配成功率达到了97.7%,证明矢量地形图的中误差为0.24 m,并且能够发现矢量地形图中的数据采集遗漏、数据粗差等问题。 In order to improve the automation and efficiency of vector topographic map accuracy inspection,reduce field workload and labor costs,this paper applies a mobile vehicle mounted laser scanning system to vector terrain map accuracy examine.Firstly,a mobile vehicle mounted scanning system is used to collect high precision point cloud data on the road and both sides,the collected original point cloud data is processed through point cloud filtering,coordinate transformation,and the accuracy of the point cloud is verified by collecting feature points.Secondly,the feature points and lines in the point cloud scene are extracted by using automatic element extraction software.The nearest neighbor method is used to search for the points with the same name corresponding to the feature points in the point cloud in the vector terrain map.Finally,the accuracy of 1∶1000 vector topographic map is tested by using the method.The test results showed that a total of 214 feature points are extracted using the method proposed in the paper,of which 209 feature points are successfully matched in both directions,with a matching success rate of 97.7%.The mean square error of the obtained vector topographic map are 0.24 meters,and problems such as data collection omissions and gross errors could be detected in the vector topographic map.
