Construction and application of historical and cultural resources protection assessment and physical examination system

针对历史文化资源保护工作中存在的保护责任不清、保护规划刚性不强、保护措施不力等问题,本文以加强历史文化保护为统领,提出以信息化手段建设历史文化资源保护情况评估体检系统,能实现对历史文化资源保护情况进行体系化、智能化的评估与体检,便于主管部门准确掌握历史文化资源保护的实际情况。系统利用地理信息技术将历史文化资源所包含的繁杂图纸、零散文件、多媒体数据等众多成果资料数据进行融合管理和应用,实现评估、体检工作在线化、全流程化,并自动生成报告和各类成果。系统在重庆市的历史文化资源保护中得到了广泛应用,取得了较好的应用效果。

In response to the issues of unclear protection responsibilities,weak protection planning rigidity,and ineffective protection measures in historical and cultural resources protection,this paper takes strengthening historical and cultural protection as the leadership and proposes the construction of an historical and cultural resources protection assessment and physical examination system through information technology,realizes the systematic and intelligent assessment and physical examination of historical and cultural resources protection,which is convenient for the competent departments to accurately grasp the actual situation of historical and cultural resources protection.The system integrates the complex drawings,scattered documents,multimedia data and other result data contained in historical and cultural resources with geographic information technology for integrated management and application,realizing the online and full process assessment and physical examination work,and automatically generating reports and various results.The system has been widely used in historical and cultural resource protection of Chongqing and has achieved good application results.
