神仙解语丹联合电项针刺激疗法对中风后言语障碍患者语言功能和预后的影响

Effect of Shenxian Jieyu Pills Combined with Electro-nape-acupuncture Stimulation Therapy on Language Function and Prognosis of Patients with Dysphasia after Stroke

目的:探究神仙解语丹联合电项针刺激疗法对中风后言语障碍患者语言功能和预后的影响。方法:选择赣州市人民医院2021年10月—2022年8月收治的200例中风后言语障碍患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法,分为参考组(n=100)和观察组(n=100)。参考组进行常规西药治疗和电项针刺激疗法,观察组在参考组基础上采用神仙解语丹治疗。比较两组总有效率、语言功能、认知能力、日常生活能力及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组总有效率高于参考组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗前语言功能比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组语言功能评分高于参考组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗前日常生活能力量表(ADL)及蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组MoCA、ADL评分均高于参考组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:神仙解语丹联合电项针刺激疗法治疗中风后言语障碍的效果优良,能有效提高其语言功能,改善患者认知能力,预后效果良好。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Shenxian Jieyu Pills combined with electro-napeacupuncture stimulation therapy on language function and prognosis of patients with dysphasia after stroke.Method:A total of 200 patients with dysphasia after stroke admitted to Ganzhou People's Hospital from October 2021 to August 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into reference group(n=100)and observation group(n=100)according to random number table method.The reference group received conventional western medicine treatment and electro-nape-acupuncture stimulation therapy,and the observation group was treated with Shenxian Jieyu Pills on the basis of the reference group.The total effective rate,language function,cognitive ability,daily living ability and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in language function between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);after treatment,the language function score of observation group was higher than that of reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the scores of activity of daily living scale(ADL)and Montreal cognitive assessment scale(MoCA)between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,MoCA and ADL scores in the observation group were higher than those in the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Shenxian Jieyu Pills combined with electro-napeacupuncture stimulation therapy has good effect in the treatment of dysphasia after stroke,which can effectively improve the language function and cognitive ability of patients,and the prognosis is good.
