吴茱萸汤灌肠对溃疡性结肠炎患者防御素及白介素的影响

Effect of Wuzhuyu Decoction Enema on Defensin and Interleukin in Patients with Ulcerative Colitis

目的:探究吴茱萸汤灌肠对溃疡性结肠炎患者防御素及白介素的影响。方法:将2022年2月—2023年5月荆门市中医医院收治的132例溃疡性结肠炎患者根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各66例。对照组进行常规治疗,观察组则在对照组的基础上加用吴茱萸汤灌肠治疗。比较两组治疗总有效率,治疗前后Mayo评分、防御素[人中性粒细胞防御素1-3(HNP1-3)及人β-防御素2(HBD-2)]及血清白介素[白介素-1β(IL-1β)、白介素-6(IL-6)、白介素-8(IL-8)及白介素-10(IL-10)]。结果:观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组Mayo评分、防御素及血清白介素比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗2、4周后观察组Mayo评分、防御素及血清IL-1β、IL-6、IL-8均显著低于对照组,血清IL-10显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:吴茱萸汤灌肠在溃疡性结肠炎患者中的疗效较好,可有效改善防御素及白介素的表达。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Wuzhuyu Decoction enema on defensin and interleukin in patients with ulcerative colitis.Method:A total of 132 patients with ulcerative colitis admitted to Jingmen Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from February 2022 to May 2023 were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 66 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with Wuzhuyu Decoction on the basis of control group.The total effective rate,Mayo score,defensin[human neutrophil peptides 1-3(HNP1-3)and humanβ-defensin-2(HBD-2)]and serum interleukin[interleukin-1β(IL-1β),interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-8(IL-8)and interleukin-10(IL-10)]of the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in Mayo scores,defensin and serum interleukin between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After 2 and 4 weeks of treatment,Mayo scores,defensin,serum IL-1β,IL-6 and IL-8 in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group,and serum IL-10 in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Wuzhuyu Decoction has a good effect in patients with ulcerative colitis,and can effectively improve the expression of defensin and interleukin.
