自拟方中药汤剂联合重组人干扰素α2b凝胶治疗子宫颈高危型HPV感染的效果

Effect of Self-made Traditional Chinese Medicine Decoction Combined with Recombinant Human Interferonα2b Gel in the Treatment of Cervical High-risk HPV Infection

目的:研究自拟方中药汤剂联合重组人干扰素α2b凝胶治疗子宫颈高危型HPV感染的效果。方法:选取江西省中西医结合医院妇产科2021年6月—2022年12月收治的78例子宫颈高危型HPV感染患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组39例与观察组39例。对照组给予重组人干扰素α2b凝胶治疗,观察组在对照组基础上口服自拟方中药汤剂,两组均治疗3个月。比较两组临床疗效、中医症候积分、HPV转阴率及不良反应。结果:治疗后观察组总有效率为89.74%,显著高于对照组的69.23%(P<0.05);治疗后,两组中医症候积分均显著低于治疗前,且观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗3个月后,观察组HPV转阴率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组瘙痒、阴道分泌物增多等不良反应总发生率(2.56%)低于对照组(15.38%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对子宫颈高危型HPV感染患者采用自拟方中药汤剂口服联合重组人干扰素α2b凝胶治疗效果显著,降低中医症候积分,提高HPV转阴率,同时降低不良反应发生。

Objective:To study the effect of self-made traditional Chinese medicine decoction combined with Recombinant Human Interferonα2b Gel in the treatment of cervical high-risk HPV infection.Method:A total of 78 patients with cervical high-risk HPV infection who were admitted to Jiangxi Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from June 2021 to December 2022 were selected.According to random number table method,they were divided into the control group(39 cases)and the observation group(39 cases).The control group was treated with Recombinant Human Interferonα2b Gel,while the observation group was treated with self-made traditional Chinese medicine decoction on this basis.All patients were treated for 3 months.Clinical efficacy,TCM symptom scores,negative conversion rate of HPV and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,the total effect rate in the observation group(89.74%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(69.23%),with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,TCM symptom scores of the two groups were significantly reduced,and that in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the negative conversion rate of HPV in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group(2.56%)was lower than that in the control group(15.38%),with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Self-made traditional Chinese medicine decoction combined with Recombinant Human Interferonα2b Gel is effective in the treatment of patients with cervical high-risk HPV infection,which can reduce TCM symptom scores,increase the negative conversion rate of HPV and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.
