PDCA循环管理模式在PICC置管患者中的应用价值分析

Analysis of the Application Value of PDCA Cycle Management Mode in Patients with PICC Catheterization

目的:在经外周置入中心静脉导管(PICC)置管患者中,探讨PDCA循环管理的应用价值。方法:选取2020年1月—2021年6月鹰潭市人民医院收治的84例PICC置管患者,随机将其分为研究组和对照组。对照组常规干预,研究组基于对照组的PDCA循环管理。比较两组干预后的并发症、住院时间、疼痛评分、护理质量及满意度情况。结果:研究组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,研究组住院时间短于对照组,疼痛评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组各项护理质量评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组总满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在PICC置管患者中,以PDCA循环管理模式护理可减少患者并发症发生,加速病情康复,提高护理质量,且患者满意度高,利于推进护患、医患关系的明显改善。

Objective:To explore the application value of PDCA cycle management in patients with peripherally inserted central venous catheter(PICC)catheterization.Method:A total of 84 PICC catheterization patients admitted to the Yingtan City People's Hospital from January 2020 to June 2021 were selected and were randomly divided into the study group and the control group.The control group received routine intervention,while the study group received PDCA cycle management based on the control group.Complications,length of hospital stay,pain score,quality of care and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Result:The total incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the length of hospital stay of the study group was shorter than that of the control group,and the pain score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of nursing quality in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In patients with PICC catheterization,nursing with PDCA cycle management mode can reduce the occurrence of complications,accelerate the recovery of the disease,improve the quality of nursing,and patients'satisfaction is high,which is conducive to promote the improvement of nurse-patient and doctor-patient relationship.
