基于数据挖掘探究中药内服治疗痛风性关节炎用药组方规律

To explore the prescription rules of oral Chinese medicine for gouty arthritis based on data mining

目的探究中药内服在痛风性关节炎(gouty arthritis,GA)治疗中的用药组方规律,为临床用药提供依据。方法通过检索关键词“痛风性关节炎”“中药内服”查找2017年1月至2022年3月发表在中国知网、万方数据库知识服务平台、维普、PubMed、Springer Link数据库的期刊文献,根据纳排标准筛选文献后,将所选文献应用IBM SPSS modeler18.0、SPSS statistics 25.0、Excel 2003软件进行数据分析。结果共检索文献427篇,其中符合纳入标准文献74篇,共检索到处方74个,中药150味,总频次962次,其中薏苡仁频次最高为53次,频次≥10次的中药共24种,频次较高的5种中药分别为薏苡仁、牛膝、黄柏、土茯苓、苍术。结论通过数据挖掘技术对中药内服治疗GA进行统计分析,在所检索到的处方中,频次最高的中药为薏苡仁,其次为牛膝、黄柏、土茯苓、苍术。

Objective To explore the rule of drug formulation in the treatment of gouty arthritis(GA)by taking traditional Chinese medicine internally,so as to provide evidence for clinical use.Methods By searching the keywords“gouty arthritis”and“herbal medicine”,the journal literature published on CNKI,Wangfang database knowledge service platform,VIP,PubMed and Springer Link database from January 2017 to March 2022 was searched,and the literature was screened according to the NADP criteria.IBM SPSS modeler 18.0,SPSS statistics 25.0 and Excel 2003 were used to analyze the data of the selected documents.Results A total of 427 literatures were retrieved,among which 74 literatures met the inclusion criteria.A total of 74 prescriptions and 150 Chinese herbs were retrieved,with a total frequency of 962 times,among which Coix seed was the most frequent(53 times),and 24 kinds of Chinese herbs were more than 10 times.The five traditional Chinese medicines with higher frequency were coix seed,achyranthes bidentata,phellodendri,poria cocos,and atractylodes rhizoma.Conclusion Data mining technology was used to analyze the treatment of GA with traditional Chinese medicine oral administration.In the prescriptions,the most frequently used traditional Chinese medicine was coix seed,followed by achyranthes bidentata,phellodendri,poria cocos and atractylodes rhizoma.
