氨溴特罗联合复方异丙托溴铵辅助治疗小儿肺炎的效果及对生命体征的影响

Effect of ambroxol combined with compound ipratropium bromide in adjuvant treatment of infantile pneumonia and its influence on vital signs

目的分析氨溴特罗联合复方异丙托溴铵辅助治疗小儿肺炎的效果及对生命体征的影响。方法选取2020年1月至2022年1月我院收治的100例肺炎患儿作为研究对象,依据入院编号的奇偶性将其分为对照组与观察组,每组50例。对照组实施常规治疗方案,观察组在对照组基础上实施氨溴特罗联合复方异丙托溴铵治疗方案。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的退热时间、肺啰音持续时间、咳嗽消失时间、肺部阴影消失时间及住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平低于对照组,白细胞介素-10(IL-10)水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后12、24 h及2、5 d,观察组的平均动脉压(MAP)、心率(HR)、呼吸频率低于对照组(P<0.05);但两组的血氧饱和度(SaO2)无显著差异(P>0.05)。两组的药物不良反应总发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论氨溴特罗联合复方异丙托溴铵辅助治疗小儿肺炎可显著提升临床疗效,有效改善患儿的生命体征,缩短症状改善时间,具有重要的临床应用价值。

Objective To analyze the effect of ambroxol combined with compound ipratropium bromide in adjuvant treatment of pneumonia in children and its influence on vital signs.Methods A total of 100 children with pneumonia admitted in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the parity of admission number,the children were divided into control group and observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine treatment,and the observation group was treated with ambroxol combined with compound ipratropium bromide scheme on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The antipyretic time,lung rale duration,cough disappearance time,lung shadow disappearance time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6)and C-reactive protein(CRP)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the level of interleukin-10(IL-10)was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).At 12,24 h and 2,5 d after treatment,the mean arterial pressure(MAP),heart rate(HR)and respiratory rate of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);but there was no significant difference in oxygen saturation(SaO2)between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse drug reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Ambroxol combined with compound ipratropium bromide in the adjuvant treatment of infantile pneumonia can significantly improve the clinical efficacy,effectively improve the vital signs of children,shorten the time of symptom improvement,and has important clinical application value.
