子午流注穴位按摩对血瘀气滞型颈椎病患者颈椎功能、睡眠质量及舒适度的影响

Effects of Ziwu Liuzhu acupoint massage on cervical spine function,sleep quality and comfort in patients with cervical spondylosis of blood stasis and Qi stagnation type

目的探究子午流注穴位按摩对血瘀气滞型颈椎病患者颈椎功能、睡眠质量及舒适度的影响。方法择取2019年1月至2021年12月我院接收的80例血瘀气滞型颈椎病患者作为研究对象,按干预方法不同将其分为对照组与观察组,各40例。对照组接受常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上加施子午流注穴位按摩。比较两组的干预效果。结果干预后,观察组的基底动脉及左、右椎动脉的收缩期、舒张期峰值流速均高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的颈椎功能障碍指数(NDI)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分均低于对照组,世界卫生组织生活质量测定量表评定简表(WHOQOL-BREF)评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。出院时,观察组的Kolcaba舒适状况量表各维度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论子午流注穴位按摩用于血瘀气滞型颈椎病患者的临床护理中,可改善颈椎功能、睡眠质量及生活质量,提高舒适度,值得临床推广及应用。

Objective To explore the effects of Ziwu Liuzhu acupoint massage on cervical spine function,sleep quality and comfort in patients with cervical spondylosis of blood stasis and Qi stagnation type.Methods A total of 80 patients with cervical spondylosis of blood stasis and Qi stagnation type received in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into control group and observation group according to different intervention methods,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group was given Ziwu Liuzhu acupoint massage on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the systolic and diastolic peak flow of basilar artery and left and right vertebral arteries in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of Neck Disability Index(NDI)and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the World Health Organization Quality of Life Scale-Brief Version(WHOQOL-BREF)score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).At discharge,the scores of each dimension of Kolcaba comfort status scale in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The Ziwu Liuzhu acupoint massage applied in the clinical nursing of patients with cervical spondylosis of blood stasis and Qi stagnation type can ameliorate the cervical spine function,sleep quality and quality of life,and improve comfort.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
