悬吊式换流阀塔设备一种滑动摩擦型减震系统的性能研究

摘要 换流阀是特高压直流输电系统中的关键设备,一般采用悬吊式安装,地震作用下极易产生大幅摆动,进而引发结构破坏、设备电气功能失效。提出一种利用设备悬吊点轨道滑动摩擦阻尼实现系统减震的新方法,根据系统特征将其简化为二自由度动力系统,通过能量原理建立力学简化系统的运动方程,给出了运动方程解析解的推导。分析了系统在谐激励下幅频响应曲线的特征,讨论了系统各参数对响应幅值的影响规律以及实现系统减震的参数取值范围。结果表明:通过调整滑块质量以及滑动轨道的形状可以显著降低悬吊式换流阀设备的水平地震响应。 The converter valve is a key equipment in the ultra-high voltage direct current transmission system,which is generally installed in a suspended manner.Under earthquake action,it is easy to cause significant oscillation,which can lead to structural damage and equipment electrical function failure.In this study,a new method is proposed to reduce the vibration of the system by using the sliding friction damping of the track at the suspension point of the equipment.The characteristics of the amplitude frequency response curve of the system under harmonic excitation were analyzed,and the influence of various system parameters on the response amplitude was discussed,as well as the range of parameter values for achieving system damping.The results indicate that adjusting the mass of the slider and the shape of the sliding track can significantly reduce the horizontal seismic response of the suspended converter valve equipment.
