摘要 针对掘进工作面粉尘污染严重的现象,以2304胶运顺槽掘进工作面为研究对象,通过数值模拟以及现场采样分析相结合,使用SolidWorks进行模型的建立,利用Fluent软件对2304胶运顺槽掘进工作面进行工作时粉尘运移的数值模拟,分析工作时粉尘在工作场所的运移变化规律。研究结果表明:由于掘进机属于尘源处,粉尘浓度在掘进机头处最大,高达0.001kg/m^(3),随工作面的距离逐渐降低;巷道后方风流稳定,涡流存在于掘进机前侧以及上方;使用风水联动降尘装置后,相较于原有降尘装置,降尘效果最高提升了55%。 In view of the serious phenomenon of dust pollution in the excavation face,taking the 2304 rubber transport trough boring face as the research object,through the combination of numerical simulation and on-site sampling analysis,the model is established by SolidWorks,and the numerical simulation of dust transport during work on the 2304 rubber transport trough boring face is analyzed by using Fluent software.The results show that since the TBM belongs to the dust source,the dust concentration is the largest at the TBM head,up to 0.001kg/m^(3),and gradually decreases with the distance of the working face.The wind flow behind the roadway is stable,and the vortex is present in front of and above the TBM.After using the air-water linkage dust reduction device,compared with the original dust reduction device,the dust reduction effect is increased by up to 55%.
