南北方二所高校体育专业男大学生身体成分差异的比较研究

Comparatives Study of the Body Composition of Male Undergraduates Between Southern and Northern Colleges

为探讨不同地域体育专业男大学生体成分差异,采用生物电阻抗法对南、北方二所高校体育专业男大学生进行测定。结果表明南北方二所高校体育专业男大学生身高、体重、体质指数无显著性差异(P>0.05),肌肉含量、蛋白质、无机盐、水含量、脂肪含量的百分比及体脂率、去脂体重、腰臀比、基础代谢率各项指标均有显著性差异(P<0.01)。北方体育专业男大学生在脂肪百分比、体脂率和腰臀比指标显著性高于南方,其余指标南方显著性高于北方(P<0.01)。南北二所高校体育专业男大学生体成分存在地域差异。

To investigate the different body composition of athletic professional male undergraduates in different areas,the bioelectrical impedance analysis was used to measure the body composition between southern and northern college students.Results:there is no difference in height,weight and BMI(P>0.05),there is an obvious difference between the two types of male students in muscle mass content percentage,protein content percentage,inorganic salt content percentage,total body water(TBW),body fat mass(BFM),Percent body fat(BF),fat-free mass(FFM),waist-to-Hip ratio(WHR),basal metabolic rate(BMR)which were higher in BFM,BF and WHR in north areas and which is higher in muscle mass content percentage,protein content percentage,inorganic salt content percentage,TBW,FFM,WHR,BMR in south areas(P<0.01).There is an obvious difference body composition of athletic professional male undergraduates between southern and northern colleges.
